Return and Refund Policy

Return conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all labels intact

Return procedure

  2. We will send you return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Ship your item using a trackable service. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part. In case of defective or incorrect product, please contact us before making the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days to the payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective items
